Primus Internal Medicine is a direct-pay subscription-based internal medicine practice. Because we do not submit insurance claims or participate in Medicare, we have the freedom to concentrate on our patients' health with far fewer restrictions. We use electronic medical records appropriately and never let technology interfere with our patients' needs. We truly CAN put our patients first.

Getting started with Primus:
Call for a free appointment with Dr. Granger to discuss whether direct primary care at Primus Internal Medicine is right for you and your medical needs.
If you are a Primus candidate, Dr. Granger will explain the program and answer your questions. After arranging payment for your subscription, we will schedule your initial 90-minute comprehensive physical. No follow-up or acute appointments in the year will be scheduled for less than 30 minutes of face-time with Dr. Granger.
